Hola! I am a serial entrepreneur with years of experience working with professional service organizations in business strategy and marketing. Because I have many friends and family in healthcare, I witnessed first-hand how their lack of business and marketing knowledge hindered their practice growth.

Nowhere in medical, dental, optometry, nursing, PT, naturopathy, chiropractic school, etc., do they teach the power of personal branding and how to cost-effectively market your practice. There are basic business principles all healthcare providers should understand and embrace to grow their practice. I saw how this significant gap in learning could be addressed through a niche online course and consulting business…and voila, practiceGRO was born! I am passionate about developing, implementing, and executing creative programs to help healthcare practitioners build brand awareness, improve patient relations, and scale their practice.

Lary Anderson

Hi! I am what you call a “split-brain” person. While I studied as a fine artist, I quickly learned I had my father’s head for business. Marketing was my obvious calling. As a former VP of Marketing and Communications for a F500 company, I am thrilled to use my experience to help healthcare practices differentiate their services in highly competitive marketplaces. I am passionate about concepts and building systems and processes that drive business growth. I have a wealth of experience in marketing strategy/planning, creative development, team building, and closed-loop digital marketing/analytics processes to improve customer satisfaction.

I’m involved in several non-profits like the local animal rescue, national efforts to end hunger, and the NARAP, which helps college students entering healthcare professions. In addition, I enjoy the fine arts, doing pottery, drawing, painting, and working in wood in my free time. But, mostly, I enjoy being with my family and any dog, any time, doing anything!
